About the opportunity
- The UWA Office of Industry and Commercial Development (OICD) drives impactful partnerships between university research and industry/government to foster innovation across diverse sectors.
- The role provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Industry and Commercial), including diary management, travel, correspondence, and project coordination.
- Responsibilities also include financial administration, data management, and leading improvements to office systems and procedures for efficient operations.
About you
- Relevant qualification and/or substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level.
- Proficiency in computing skills including Microsoft office suite i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases, PowerPoint, internet and email.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a capability to interact with senior level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and sound judgement.
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
